Boo!
i just came back from m'sia on monday NIGHT.
after a 6hour bus ride.
it can really kill. ;)
5days.. 3 days in the forest.
not very nice, since the three of us are spoilt urban kids.
first day.. 1st june.
arrived at KL. did some WINDOW SHOPPING at klcc.
argh. the things were so nice and expensive.
the traffic was ATROCIOUS. argh. at least there was a tv. with ESPN sports. ;)
second day..
squeezy bus ride to taman negara.
it was like 3 hrs drive? m'sia (now i know) is like SUPER HUGE? looks like hainan island.

ooh. it is mutiara, a good hotel, but the chalets were.. TERRIBLE.
caterpillars on the curtains, lizards, bed bugs, and no TV, no electronic stuff. it's rural torture! (lolx) and my chalet's SO FAR IN!
the three of us played in the room while the adults went to eat. =)
shadow puppeting. =)
third day..
went jungle trekking.
scaled bukit teresek.
my goodness it's like the toughest climb in my life.
walked the longest treetop walk in SE Asia.
we are walking "on" the emergent layer.
goodness. it's super freaky.
but relaxed at a river, swam with the fishes.
it was really nice, the water was clean.
but you must walk 1.5 km there. -.-"
fourth day..
the most terrible.
trekked a path which was really isolated.
i met the most disgusting things on earth.
LEECHES!
i had them stuck every 5 mins i walk.
i had them on my socks.
i had them on my fingers!
argh. gross.
my skin got scraped off by a log.
owwwww...
the same wound that i had few months ago.
thank God for protection.
i almost slipped and yeah.
we almost got stung by bees.
i almost fell prey to the leeches.
=)
the good thing was the food. i have been having really good food. buffets.
haha. i guess i put on weight again. hehs.
me, bro, mom, dad, jeremy, nancy and godpa.
we have conquered the stupid long trek! of disgusting leeches. (bleah)
yups. last weds.
went to watch x men with anto and his friend raymond.
guess i was kind quiet eh?
played pool.
hanged out at cousin's place for a while.
met cheryl liew on the bus. ;)
